A-Trust is an entrustment plan managed by Polo Capital. Under this arrangement, the entrusting party has transferred 1,483 debts and corresponding assets to us. Our analysts and non-performing asset (NPA) disposal specialists will handle the debt resolution processes.

All proceeds from asset disposals, after deducting fixed costs and service fees, will be exclusively allocated to the repurchase of AUSD Token.

Except for AUSD repurchase data, all other information related to this plan is non-public online. Creditors seeking access to relevant data may engage law firms licensed to practice in jurisdictions such as Singapore, the United Kingdom, or Hong Kong (China) to send a formal request to support@aex.com for such information.
除 AUSD 回購數據外，本計劃的其他資訊均不在互聯網公開。債權人如需獲取相關資料，可委託在新加坡、英國或香港（中國）等司法管轄區持有執照的律師事務所，發送正式請求至 support@aex.com，完成訂閱並獲得同步數據。
Buyback Explanation / 回購機制說明
1. AUSD as Creditor's Certificate / AUSD 作為債權憑證
AUSD serves as proof of creditor rights. Selling AUSD tokens signifies the completion of debt transfer from the original creditor to the buyer.
AUSD 是債權證明。出售 AUSD 代幣即表示債權已從原始債權人轉移給買方。
2. Buyback Data Transparency / 回購數據透明度
The AUSD buyback program commenced in 2023 and remains ongoing. All buyback data is accessible on this webpage or via ERC20 blockchain explorers (e.g., Etherscan).
AUSD 回購計劃已經於 2023 年啟動並持續進行，所有回購數據可透過本頁面或 ERC20 區塊鏈瀏覽器（如 Etherscan）查閱。
3. Decentralized Exchange (DEX) Mechanism / 去中心化交易機制
Buybacks are exclusively executed on DEX platforms (e.g., Uniswap). Creditors may autonomously decide to sell or purchase AUSD tokens at any time.
回購僅在 DEX 平台 （如 Uniswap）執行。債權人可隨時自主決定出售或購買 AUSD 代幣。
4. Token Allocation Details / 代幣數據
- Total AUSD supply: Approximately 160 million tokens
- 總供應量：大约 1.6 億枚 AUSD
- Creditors: 1,483 (including 173 unclaimed AUSD allocations)
- 債權人數：1,483 人（含 173 筆未領取的 AUSD 分配額）
- AUSD claim process: Email support@aex.com with subject line: "AccountID Request for AUSD Certificate"
- 領取流程：尚未領取AUSD的債權人，可發送郵件至 support@aex.com，標題註明「AccountID Request for AUSD Certificate」
- Claims shall be verified and disbursed within 5 business days.
- 處理時限：於 5 個工作日內驗證以及發放
5. Deadline for Claims / 領取截止日
The final deadline to claim AUSD tokens is October 31, 2025. Unclaimed tokens after this date will be deemed forfeited.
領取截止日為 2025 年 10 月 31 日，逾期未領視同放棄。
6. Weekly Buyback Execution / 每週回購執行
- Buybacks occur weekly.
- 回購每週都會進行。
- Updated buyback volumes will be published on this page every month.
- 上一月的回購量，將於於每月初更新於本頁面。
- Real-time transactions can be monitored via blockchain explorers.
- 即時交易可透過區塊鏈瀏覽器監控。
- Ensure that for at least 45 weeks per year, the weekly AUSD buyback volume is not less than that of the preceding week.
- 確保每年中不少於 45 週的當週 AUSD 回購量不低於前一週。
7. Exemption Clause / 豁免條款
Buybacks are suspended if the AUSD/USDT price increases by more than 10% within 7 days to prevent creditor losses during high volatility.
若回購時 AUSD/USDT 價格在過去 7 日內漲幅 >10%，则當週暫停回購以避免高波動期引致債權人損失。
8. Program Termination Condition / 終止條件
The plan concludes if AUSD/USDT maintains a price more than 0.98 for 7 consecutive days.
若 AUSD/USDT 連續 7 日價格 ＞0.98，則視為成功交付任務，本計劃終止。
9. Supplementary Note / 補充說明
The entrusting party previously signed an entrustment contract with us, effective from July 2023 to July 2024. During the collaboration period, our side has cumulatively completed the repurchase of 30 million AUSD tokens (for details, please refer to the records on this page). However, the contract was not renewed after July 2024 due to unsettled payments, resulting in the termination of the collaboration. In August 2025, both parties re-signed an entrustment contract, valid until August 2028. During the collaboration period, we shall complete all asset disposal work and ensure the fulfillment of the condition AUSD/USDT reaching 0.98.
委託方先前與我方簽署的委託合同，有效期為2023年7月至2024年7月。合作期內，我方累計完成大約3000萬個AUSD回購（請於本頁面查看詳情）。然而，該合同於2024年7月後因費用未結清而未獲續約，導致雙方合作終止。2025年8月，雙方重新簽訂委託合同，有效期至2028年8月。在合作期間，我方有義務完成所有資產處置工作，並確保達成AUSD/USDT ≥ 0.98的條件。
